Stranded

A man wakes up.
He's lying around on some beach.

He's confused. What happened to him?

He gets up and looks around.

Yeah, just a lonely beach. A wide ocean on the one side and a deep forest on the other side.

But what is over there?

Some girl is walking around at the beach.
She's still very young.

When she notices the man, she comes closer.

Hey, mister!
Any idea what happened?

She smiles at him.

I was on a vacation with my family.
But now I woke up at this beach.

I'm not sure myself.
We must have stranded here.
Whatever happened, it's probably best to assume that we're the only survivors.

The girl becomes silent and stares at him with a blank face for a while.

Don't worry. I'll make sure that everything will turn out well. At least for us two.

After staying silent for a few more seconds, she starts to smile again.

Yeah, I guess there's nothing we can do now.
Let's make the best of this situation.

She immediately snuggles up to him.
He puts his arm around her and starts stroking her.

The man is glad.
Even if there's a chance they could still find her family, even if they might be able to go back to civilization, staying here with such a cute girl seems preferable to him.
She seems to trust him. She didn't question anything.

Now that the girl relies on him, he can basically do anything he wants to her.
And there's nobody else around who could interfere.

So the man reaches down to her ass and strokes her there.
She just lets him do it.
She even seems to like it a little.

So yeah, I guess we should get some shelter first.
Some place to sleep.

The girl nods in agreement.
And so they walk closer to the forest together.

Let's just build something ourselves.

He points at some branches and broad leaves.
The girl nods, ready to help.
And so the man starts working and the girl follows his instructions.

It takes a while, but before sunset they have a cozy little shelter.
It's not huge nor very stable, but it's good enough to keep them dry and warm at night.

Sorry, I was hoping to get something better.
It's the first time I do something like this.

The girl just smiles.

At least we have some shelter now.

But let's get some food before it gets dark.

Yeah.

They walk through the forest together and soon they find a tree with some fruits on it.
It only bears a few rather small fruits. And most of them don't look ripe.
The man takes one and tastes it.

I think it's good. Let's get some. But don't take the green ones.

The girl nods and together they pick some of the fruits.
When they can't carry more, they head back to their shelter, where they sit down for dinner.

It's not much. But it has to be enough for this night.

The girl just smiles and starts eating.

The food on the ship was much better.
And it was much more than this.

At least nobody commands me around here.

Your parents must have been very strict.

Yeah...

Sorry to bring this up.

It's okay...

They keep talking for a while and even if they don't use many words, they get along very well.

When all their food is gone, they crawl into their shelter together and lie down next to each other.
The girl snuggles up to him and the man wraps his arm around her, protecting her.

I really hope, everything will be fine.

Don't worry. I'll protect you!

The girl is still a little nervous, but the man manages to calm her down with the right words and his tight hugs.
And soon it's too dark to see anything, so both of them fall asleep quickly.

When the girl wakes up, she's alone.
She's still in the shelter, but the man is gone.
So this wasn't a dream.
But what about the man? Did something happen to him?
What if he won't come back? How will she be able to survive?

She gets up and looks around, when she already sees the man in the distance, approaching her.
He comes back with some small animal at the size of a rabbit.
It's dead.

Hey, I got something nice. Let's have a breakfast.

Soon the man reaches her and she can inspect the dead animal.

You went hunting?

Yeah. I already was awake, so I thought I'd give it a try. It worked well, didn't it?

You got something, so yeah...

So the man puts down the dead animal, collects some branches and starts making a fire. It takes a while, but he manages to make it burn.

Then he cuts the meat into small pieces using a sharp stone, which he then sticks on small twigs he found.
He sticks them into the gronud close to the fire. And after some minutes the meat looks and smells edible.
So he tastes it.

Oh, pretty good. Have a try!

The man hands her one of the meat twigs.
The girl takes it and tastes the meat.
Then she looks at him, looking very amazed.

You're amazing! That's delicious!

Thanks. I'm glad you like it.

After their breakfast, they walk around on the beach together.
And soon they sit down somewhere close to the water.

She immediately leans against his side and the man puts his arm at her shoulder.
They just watch the ocean in silence.

It's actually nice here. I'm sure we'll have a great time together.

The man nods, already looking forward to the time with alone with such a young girl.
